All purchases are binding. If a purchase is made out of a mistake, be sure to contact us immediately after your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for specific reasons, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

Prices include VAT apart from orders in the US. Purchases from the US are subject to the Export of goods, article 146 Council Directive 2006/112/EC; therefore, no VAT is added to the transaction. Purchases outside the European Union may be charged with import duties and taxes.

We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Ideal®, Union pay®, Google pay®, Apple pay® and Shop pay®. Payment is debited from your card at the time of dispatch. We are handling all orders as fast as possible. However, please keep in mind that orders are being processed during working hours on weekdays and that delivery times can be slightly longer during sales periods. Potential shipping fees for orders below a certain amount will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer paid this in the first place.

You have 30 days to return your order after delivery. 

We only accept products that are unused and still have their labels. Before issuing the refund, we will check the condition of the product and may reject returns that are not considered to be in unused condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure that all products returned are securely packed in a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and the original packaging. 

In our mission to reduce our environmental footprint, we have decided to charge a fee for returns. When you return an order, we will refund the goods you have returned and deduct the return fee from the refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The return fee varies depending on the destination but is equal to the cheapest shipping cost to your destination before any discounts and deductions. If you have ordered by express shipping, we will charge an amount equal to the cheapest shipping option for your location. Prisintervall?

We will issue a refund once we have received your return and checked your return. Please note, however, that it may take up to 10 working days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear in your bank account.

The consumer always has the right to return defective goods provided you inform us of the defect within a reasonable time frame after the item's fault has been discovered. Returns made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been returned within a reasonable time. For a product to be considered flawed, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. If you return a defective product within six months from the date of sale, the fault is deemed to have happened before it was sold unless we show that this is not the case. If the return is made more than six months past the sale, you must provide proof that the defect occurred before the date of purchase.
